Artists & Manufacturers:
There are 4 Ways to Exhibit in IDEX
- 1. A full 10’ x 10’ booth comes with carpet, one 8’ draped table, 2 chairs, ID sign, wastebasket, a show program listing and a website listing & free link to your website. $16.95 per square foot. Apply here.
- Artists can share a booth with one (1) other artist (2 artists maximum). The booth is carpeted, and each artist gets one 8’ draped table, one chair, a directory listing, and a listing on the website, with a free link to your website. You can find your own artist partner, or we can match you up with another artist. $945.00 per artist. Apply here.
- We have a very limited number of individual tables available. They are 8' draped tables with one (1) chair, a show program listing and a website link. $650.00 per table. Apply here. ($100.00 corner premium fee applies to any of the above, if appropriate except tables).
- You can get a table in our Retail Room. Apply here.

We invite savvy retailers and dealers of
modern, vintage, and antique collectible dolls, bears, plush, and toys to join IDEX!
We have a special area immediately next to IDEX artists and manufacturers, where respected dealers are invited to set-up and sell to collectors, during all posted collector hours. We want to help you increase your business and develop long-term relationships with collectors from across the US.
Bring your finest collectible and antique inventory available for collectors to purchase. Very limited space is available.
